Certificates Of Insurance

A COI must never do anything more than serve as an affirmation that a particular policy existed for the named insured as of the date of the COI issuance.

1. The certificate is issued as a matter of information only and confers no rights to the certificate holder.

2. The certificate does not affirmatively or negatively amend, extend or alter the coverage afforded by the policies listed.

3. The certificate does not constitute a contract between the insurer, authorized representative or producer, and the certificate holder.

4. Should there be a cancellation before the expiration date, notice will only be delivered in accordance with policy provisions.

Generally, they are issued within the same business day by Syndicated Services, Inc.   There can be delays but the standards of services require that we respond within 2 business days.
